One of our traditional drinks. We put malt in rice water and put it in a poison and grind it in a hot room. Then, the rice grains appear. Add sugar to it, boil and cool. Nowadays, rice grains are cut using an electric rice cooker. Free service to all customers who visit JPARK.

수정과 Cinnamon Punch
우리나라 전통 음료의 하나. 잘게 다진 생강과 계핏가루를 넣어 달인 물에 설탕물이나 꿀을 타서 식힌 다음 곶감을 넣고 잣을 띄워 먹는다.
조리순서
1. 냄비에 물과 생강을 넣고 끓이다가 약한 불로 줄이고 30분간 더 끓인다.
2. 다른 냄비에 물과 계피를 넣고 끓이다가 약한 불로 줄이고 30분간 더 끓인다.
3. 각각의 끓인 물을 체에 받혀서 건더기를 걸러 합친 후 설탕, 소금을 넣고 식힌다.
4. 곶감을 수정과에 넣고 냉장 보관한다.
5. 잣을 띄운 뒤 차게 낸다.
